Improved menu logic - Subcategories work much better now!

The picture above shows an example of the subcategories being opened up to 3rd level, 1st I hovered "Alarms and Immobilisers", then the 2nd level opened. But the difference now is that we only display 2nd level subcategories that will actually have products in them!! We will also display a subcategory that doesn't really exist which is called "Uncategorised", if you have selected products to go on your website that have not been assigned to any subcategories, yet you have selected to have 2 or 3 level subcategories on your website, then that is where the non subcategory assigned products will be displayed. The menu pictured also shows the 3rd level subcategories open, you can probably already guess? That the 2nd level subcategory selection that I made was "Immobilisers".
We also have implemented other logic that takes care of lots of scenareos for you, for example:- If you have selected 3rd level subcategories for Lighting, but in the lighting category there are only products that have subcategories assigned up to 2 level, then we simply don't display the 3rd level and instead end the subcategory tree at 2 level, If there are no products on your website in the lighting category that have been assigned subcategories then we simply end the subcategory tree at 1 level only rather than grouping all your products into lighting / Uncategorised.
Why would we go to such levels of difficulty to produce the cleverest and most helpful Advanced Subcategory System for you and your potential customers that browse your website? Well the answer is simple, we did it because we can!
Why not test out the menu on the demo website http://demo.ifit-pro.co.uk/
If you want to find out more about subcategories then please go into the Tutorial Tab of your ifit-PRO cpanel and scroll to the "6A" videos. Please note that the videos will not display all the new logic, but they still explain the principle and how to assign products to subcategories etc.
Enjoy and all feedback welcome.
